Who is responsible

Cadre S.à r.l.-S, RCS Luxembourg B311191, makes HVACfile and is the controller for personal data collected through hvacfile.com. You can reach us at hello@cadre.lu.

What we collect

If you ask for updates, we collect your email address.

If you book a demo, Google’s booking page collects your name, your email address, the time you choose and anything you write in the booking, and places the appointment in our calendar.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your email address to send you news about HVACfile, on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email or writing to hello@cadre.lu.

We use your booking details to hold the demo call and to follow up on it, as a step you have asked for before a possible contract. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Analytics and cookies

We use Plausible, a cookieless analytics tool hosted in the EU. It sets nothing on your device and builds no profile of you. The updates form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a strictly necessary cookie to check that a person is sending it. Neither needs your consent, so this site shows no cookie banner.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of providers to run the site: Cloudflare hosts it, checks the updates form for spam with Turnstile and stores update sign-ups; Resend sends us an alert email when someone signs up; Plausible counts visits. They act on our instructions and are bound by data processing agreements.

Demo bookings and our emails to you are handled by Google, which processes them outside the EU under the safeguards the GDPR requires for transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address for updates until you ask us to stop or to delete it.

We keep demo booking details for as long as we need them to follow up, and then for a reasonable period in case you come back to us. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. To do any of this, write to hello@cadre.lu.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: Luxembourg’s CNPD (cnpd.lu), or the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie) if you live there.
